ActionScript / JavaScript Software Engineer
Description:We are looking for a front-end web developer with expertise in ActionScript and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have built complex, dynamic and interactive web pages that rely on XML based back end services. As a member of our game development team, the candidate will be building web-based games and applications in ActionScript and JavaScript that will be available to the Facebook community.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for technical design and implementation for front-end of browser based applications.
- Write all the front-end code associated with the rendering and presentation of games and applications to users.
- Partner closely with Production, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to build, release, and iterate on innovative new games and applications.
- Help define interface layer between front end application and back end services for common functionality across all games and applications.
- Solve technical challenges relating to implementation and operation of products running in multi-hosted server environments and scaling to millions of users per day.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience developing software.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- Expert in Flash development, including Actionscript, Memory and CPU optimization.
- Expert in JavaScript development, with supporting knowledge of the DOM, CSS, HTML and XML.
- Familiar with all aspects of building applications for cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience developing software for Facebook and other social networks is a plus.
- Familiar with coding against XML-based Backend services and infrastructure.
- Desire to work on a small collaborative team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Self-starter with initiative and interest in helping to build a successful business.

Ad Operations Associate
Description: We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented and self-motivated person with basic understanding of online advertising to be part of our Advertising Operations team. As the ad ops team member, you will be involved in the operations with industry top advertisers, agencies and ad networks. You are also given the responsibilities that will expand your skill set beyond pure ad operation from supporting internal customers like accounting, engineering operations, studio and sales team. Responsibilities:
- Trafficking campaign tags from agencies/advertisers using ad serving platform.
- Provide analysis and reports from ad platform, 3rd party reporting system and internal database on campaign delivery.
- Provide professional customer service to our advertisers, sales team, and studio.
- Help streamline/Refine trafficking process where ever possible.
- Maintain financial records for campaigns and historical campaign details.
- Support our revenue recognition, billing and collection processes.
Requirements
